| This is for mike and the North Sask. Clover bar dirt pit is very close to the water plant on the Sherwood Park side of the river. If you can make your way down past the old city police gun range, you found the spot. Once you're down at the river I have found that fishing under the power lines that cross the river is a good spot on both sides of the river( north side is in hermitage park). I have caught walleye, pike, sauger, goldeye, mooneye, and a 25lb sturgeon from that area.
This is for Nick, The pembina is a great fishery. I have had luck from cherhill, all the way up to fawcett. I really like the Dapp area by the bridge. We have caught many speices there and very large. Watch out for the black bear that lives in the area, last year she had 2 cubs with her. This year they would still be with mama but would look almost full grown. Good luck, tight lines and big smiles:) |
